Frequently asked question

1. What can I expect from a session?

QHHT® sessions are conducted in person. On the day of your session, you will come to your appointment with a list of questions that you want answered by your High Self/ Subconsciousness.

You & Tereza will spend some time getting to know each other and your reasons for wanting this experience. You'll talk about your life's journey and go over your list of questions. Once you start the hypnosis process you'll be under for two hours or a little longer. This part of the session is recorded for you, as people tend to remember varying amounts of their sessions.

While in this deep state of relaxation you will be guided by Tereza through 1-3 past lives or other experiences your soul has had. If you don't believe in past lives or are unsure, it's okay to simply call these experiences a story. Either way your High Self is lovingly taking you to the place where your questions and issues began. If you know where something began at and why, then you can understand, heal and move on in a better way!

Once you are are finished with this part, Tereza gently accesses your High Self to answer your list of questions and to scan your body to heal and repair issues that are known and sometimes unknown. We more commonly know this High Self aspect of us as our intuition or gut feeling. And it does speak through us but rarely is acknowledged. We all have those moments of clarity where the most perfect words spill through and make perfect sense. Allowing the stream of consciousness called your High Self to use the gift of your voice is truly beautiful and amazing.

Tereza will gently count you up and will discuss with you what occurred and what you remember. You'll listen to parts of your recording and go over the answers you gave to your questions!

By the end of a session, one thing is for sure. You will not be the same person full of questions that you were at the beginning of the session. It's common for clients to come out of hypnosis with a look of awe and wonder of now knowing the answers to all their questions and to have healing of their body. That is the beauty of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. You are gently guided into a very deep state of hypnosis (theta) where you have access to that bigger part of you that knows all the answers! This is a multidimensional experience and once having it you should have clear understanding of how to maintain this connection to your High Self in your quiet time, meditation or theta state.

2. What types of questions should I prepare?

You will have the chance to ask your Subconscious any question you have ever wanted to ask (around 10 is a good number). The formulation of questions is very important. Questions that can be answered "yes" or "no" are not going to be as effective as open-ended questions. If you cannot think of any, don't worry. Often, questions arise during the interview. The questions should be from all areas of your life. Most people make two lists; one that is focused on health/ body and another on life/personal questions.

Here are some examples of various types of questions: Why do I have a back pian? Why is it difficult for me to have a relationship? What is a purpose of my life? Should I move to another country/city? Why I can't change my habits? Why I can't have  children? Why is this person in my life?

3. How should I prepare for the hypnosis session?

After setting the date of your session, you will receive a guidebook to help you prepare in the best possible way.

Here are some additional tips:

Make sure to eat a good meal, since we won't have much of a break. You can also bring a bottle of water and a small snack if you like. The overall appointment will last 4-6 hours, sometimes longer.  The hypnosis itself will last up to two hours, sometimes more.
If you regularly consume controlled substances, please refrain from them for 24 hours before the session. If you take medication that you feel could affect your ability to relax (e.g., Adderall), use your judgement on whether you should skip your daily dose or speak with your doctor. If you consume caffeine regularly, be sure to consume less the morning of your appointment or skip entirely if you can.
A rule of thumb I follow is that if you would feel "off" without caffeine or your daily medication, you should have it.

Before your session you can practice visualizing to train your brain. This is helpful but not essential. Once you start visualizing, you usually slip into an altered state of consciousness. You could also listen to this meditation or do this meditation to practice getting into the Theta state, where we work.
Once you schedule your appointment, you may notice more vivid dreams. This is the Subconscious preparing you for your session. You may also notice that you feel more intuitive. This is normal.
